This place was amazing. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were immaculate, breakfast was delicious and it's right next to the best pizza in Arizona. Also just a jump and a skip away is a dollar tree among many other stores. There is a pool, hot tub and laundry as well as vending. I highly recommend someone to stay here if you are in the area and the view is breathtaking.

I thought it was a great hotel for the price. The front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast was really good and it was hot as promised. The only thing I would do is let you know that it's time to clean the grout in the bathrooms.

We checked into our room and immediately found that the bedding was not clean. There was hair throughout the sheets and blankets, the pillowcases were visibly stained, and the bathroom had a strong odor of marijuana. We documented the condition with photos and reported it to the front desk right away. Since then, we’ve made multiple attempts to work with management regarding a refund. Unfortunately, after being directed to contact the owner/general manager Sam Singh by email, our follow-up messages have gone unanswered. I understand that issues can happen at any hotel. What was most disappointing was not the problem itself, but the lack of communication and follow-through in trying to resolve it.

I stayed here for the 4th of July. I had no problems finding a room. The rates were really good. Checkin was very easy and fast. They do have luggage carts that you can use The breakfast area I was very impressed with. There are many windows and seats next to them. So you could view the mountain entries and relax with a very variety of breakfast foods. I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean. It's very quiet. The best thing I love about this area is the pine trees. Carry a faint scent of vanilla. I would highly recommend this hotel. The pool area is actually really decent. It has a Jacuzzi, and the swimming pool. Itself goes from 3 foot to 6 foot, and I think it's really neat that they also have it listed in terms of meters. So visitors who are familiar with the metric system would feel right at home here but I do need to say it's very easy to oversplash. In this pool, I wanted to just sit on the pool edge and dangle my feet in, but the whole surface area of the pool area was just soaking wet. I don't know if another wild party did lots of splashing, or if it's always that way.

Room was very clean! Quiet overnight sttay.Bed was moderately comfortable. Shower had hot water, unlike others. The lady who checked me in was the most sweet, nice, friendly lady I've ever had checking in anywhere. Her husband is a lucky guy. She is just a sweetheart. After getting up at 3:30 am. and driving all day, arriving here at 9:30 p.m., a new friend welcoming me wasuch appreciated. If I could giver eleven stars, I would! Kami was AMAZING!!!!!! ***********

We had a family of six (2 adults, 4 kids) stay for two nights and while the room was a tight fit given two queen beds and a queen pull out couch, it was relatively clean and the front desk staff were pleasant. The indoor pool and spa area was large, and towels were routinely brought in. Breakfast is typical of what you would see at any run of the mill hotel, no issues there either. Good enough for us! The only thing I would suggest to the hotel management itself is to get more people working your building at night. The poor front desk lady was the only one there running the joint, and with three levels and what I would assume to be a plethora of guests on any given night (especially a holiday weekend), that was just unacceptable. Not to me or my family, but to your staff. I even saw her restocking the pool towels and letting everyone know the pool was closing in 5 five minutes. At one point we needed extra towels for our room, I called the front desk, that was when I was told she was the only one on duty that night and if I had a way to come grab them myself it would be much appreciated. Again, not an issue for us, but please support your staff better. She was alone again on our second night there as well. Overall, great stay for our short trip to Flag.

It's okay, clean, decent value. Front desk was nice. Pool was clean and warm. Rooms are blah. Cooling system was weak and challenging. Parking was free and easy. Keys needed to be reprogramed because poor quality. I think it should be considered for a good value in the area.

Was a very pleasant quick overnight stay on a 3 road trip. Hotel receptionists was super helpful and Friendly he gave us food recommendations for late night. Room was clean and roomy and nice. Breakfast the next day was warm and yummy with lots of options. Would stay here again passing through flagstaff !

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It was a nice room, clean and comfortable. The Inn was quiet even though it t was a holiday weekend. Lovely lobby, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was also great too, the basics which is really all you need? will definitely come back next time

This was a fantastic experience! Due to type and age of hotel my initial expectations were not real high, but they have far exceeded my expectations and I would argue I'd rather be here than some of the highest end hotels. First, check in was quick and convenient. The lady at the front desk saw us drive in and had out key ready to go as soon as we showed her my I.D. The room did not have a lot of walking space, BUT had so many sleep spaces! It was so comfortable. When you have children, the sleep spaces are so much more important then the sitting or walking area. No one felt cramped and everyone got a good night's sleep. The building may be a little older, but it has been cared for and well kept. The breakfast was also hot, delicious, and kept up with. If I ever come through this area again you can guarantee that I will be stopping here and due to this experience I will be giving other Days Inn & Suites a chance.
