The Days Inn & Suites East Flagstaff consistently receives positive feedback for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location. Guests appreciate the value for money, especially considering the included breakfast and amenities like a pool and spa. While some rooms can be a bit small, the overall experience is generally pleasant, particularly for travelers looking for a comfortable overnight stay.
Room was very clean! Quiet overnight sttay.Bed was moderately comfortable. Shower had hot water, unlike others. The lady who checked me in was the most sweet, nice, friendly lady I've ever had checking in anywhere. Her husband is a lucky guy. She is just a sweetheart. After getting up at 3:30 am. and driving all day, arriving here at 9:30 p.m., a new friend welcoming me wasuch appreciated. If I could giver eleven stars, I would! Kami was AMAZING!!!!!! ***********
We had a family of six (2 adults, 4 kids) stay for two nights and while the room was a tight fit given two queen beds and a queen pull out couch, it was relatively clean and the front desk staff were pleasant. The indoor pool and spa area was large, and towels were routinely brought in. Breakfast is typical of what you would see at any run of the mill hotel, no issues there either. Good enough for us! The only thing I would suggest to the hotel management itself is to get more people working your building at night. The poor front desk lady was the only one there running the joint, and with three levels and what I would assume to be a plethora of guests on any given night (especially a holiday weekend), that was just unacceptable. Not to me or my family, but to your staff. I even saw her restocking the pool towels and letting everyone know the pool was closing in 5 five minutes. At one point we needed extra towels for our room, I called the front desk, that was when I was told she was the only one on duty that night and if I had a way to come grab them myself it would be much appreciated. Again, not an issue for us, but please support your staff better. She was alone again on our second night there as well. Overall, great stay for our short trip to Flag.
It's okay, clean, decent value. Front desk was nice. Pool was clean and warm. Rooms are blah. Cooling system was weak and challenging. Parking was free and easy. Keys needed to be reprogramed because poor quality. I think it should be considered for a good value in the area.
Was a very pleasant quick overnight stay on a 3 road trip. Hotel receptionists was super helpful and Friendly he gave us food recommendations for late night. Room was clean and roomy and nice. Breakfast the next day was warm and yummy with lots of options. Would stay here again passing through flagstaff !
My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It was a nice room, clean and comfortable. The Inn was quiet even though it t was a holiday weekend. Lovely lobby, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was also great too, the basics which is really all you need? will definitely come back next time
This was a fantastic experience! Due to type and age of hotel my initial expectations were not real high, but they have far exceeded my expectations and I would argue I'd rather be here than some of the highest end hotels. First, check in was quick and convenient. The lady at the front desk saw us drive in and had out key ready to go as soon as we showed her my I.D. The room did not have a lot of walking space, BUT had so many sleep spaces! It was so comfortable. When you have children, the sleep spaces are so much more important then the sitting or walking area. No one felt cramped and everyone got a good night's sleep. The building may be a little older, but it has been cared for and well kept. The breakfast was also hot, delicious, and kept up with. If I ever come through this area again you can guarantee that I will be stopping here and due to this experience I will be giving other Days Inn & Suites a chance.
The hotel staff was great. Very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and true to it's picture. The indoor pool and hot tub ,were excellent! While it snowed outside we were able to stay warm and toasty while enjoying the pool. The breakfast isn't great, but it is passable and has the basic choices. The food is not very hot, but they do give you service with a smile. It is a good value for the price.
My Disabled veteran husband and I checked in 12/12/25 and checked out on12/13/25 . We stayed in the handicapped accessible room by the pool when we checked in I declared my husband traveled with a registered service dog. We were welcomed by the clerk on duty she was very accommodating to us , the room was nice and the only issue we had was with your overnight clerk who was a man . He was extremely rude to my husband hollering at him because he walked our Registered Service Dog who has the right to go anywhere with his Disabled Veteran Handler thru the pool area to get to the exit door , our truck was parked outside that particular exit door You need to talk to this employee about the rights of Disabled Veteran!!!!! Other than an employee issue we spent a wonderful night at your hotel at Lockett St in Flagstaff Az .
We were traveling from ABQ to Bullhead for the holiday. We have two young children, left late due to work and decided last minute not to drive through the night. We had our dog w us so finding a hotel that allows pets is always a hastle. Booking and online check in with Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham East Flagstaff was a breeze and SO CONVENIENT. I was able to do everything online before arrival (1hr before we got there). When we arrived they confirmed my ID and showed us to our room. Front staff was very polite and kind considering how late it was. They even had a pack n play for our little - and it was VERY CLEAN. The breakfast was great. Wicked happy with our experience, especially considering how last minute everything was
Excellent service! Staff was super friendly and hospitable. Rooms clean and beds comfy:). In the am the breakfast was great! Lots of choices and saved us going out to get breakfast. Parking lot safe I had my work truck full of tools and everything was secure. Didn’t check out pool cause it’s too cold but sure it’s nice. I would recommend for someone in town for a couple days in business or pleasure. Also really great pizza place next door called DiMarco I believe. Very good pizza and wings :)
