3 months agoFor being the most expensive Marriott in Flagstaff it definitely did not meet the quality. The check in staff were nice but short spoken. The rooms beds were made but I don't think the room had actually been cleaned. We found scissors, a nail file, and trash on the floor. The bathroom had hair, rubberbands for braces and stuff all over the shower curtain. The morning breakfast staff were great.

3 months agoI am a Marriott fan and I always love their hotels. This one could be a little cleaner. There were stains on the carpet, we found a chunk of glass (actually my dog found it) and someone's chapstick. Had to ask for more towels as they only give you two. The breakfast was not bad. I would still stay here, but they need to work on cleanliness of rooms.

4 months agoThis property is well situated in Flagstaff. Shopping, restaurants, and fast food are easy walking distances from the hotel - should you be inclined to walk. The property is well kept. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable but very short on space. Two queen sized beds, desk, sofa, tables, chair and TV, with barely any room to maneuver. Two people moving about at the same time was difficult. We found it a strange set up but we made do. We fully understand that it may not be the same with all their rooms of this type and knowing one is not in Flagstaff to hang out in a hotel room.

5 months agoThis is a nice and quiet hotel in a convenient location. I had my dog with me and I very much appreciated that they assigned me a room on the first floor very close to an exterior door. That made going in and out very easy and convenient. The room itself was a bit dark but fine for one night. I would not hesitate to stay again.

6 months agoFor the most part this place was pretty nice. I was disappointed that the pool was out of order it would have been nice to have been told that in advance the rooms were very nice the breakfast was very nice and it's a free breakfast unless they changed that. The thing that I thought was kind of strange was that it's a regular parking lot that you just pulled into to park, but they charge you $10 to park in it. It's not gated it's not under security they still charge you $10. I think that's a little lame. It is a nice area to be able to go and walk to some of the restaurants around there if you don't want to drive cuz they're kind of close by. But a couple things could be better.

9 months agoAmazing service. Front desk will help you anyway they can. Rooms are neat and organized. Breakfast has a large selection of choices (bacon was perfected). Never disappoint.

9 months agoThe A/C & heat unit was so extremely loud and rattled all night. The bed pillows were also weirdly small-almost like a couch pillow. The room was extremely dark and worn out looking (especially the bathroom), very underwhelming for the price. There were even pieces off of the bed missing which just left a big wood hole. The pool wasn’t in service and there was a $10.00 parking fee-both which I wasn’t really aware of when booking. Lastly the breakfast was very dull. The staff was friendly, and the room size was good, however I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

9 months agoThe front desk was very friendly and clear when conveying their hotel information. Zero complaints. Though I didn't interact directly with the breakfast staff, based on hearing them talking with other, I could tell they were all genuinely friendly and very nice. Everything was clean and well prepared. I wanted to leave a 5 star review to promote and encourage the hotel team. Thank you for awesome service! If I return to the area, I would definitely stay again.
