2 months agoStayed for 3 nights. Was upgraded to a higher floor. Staff are always friendly. Clean and organized breakfast area. Breakfast has some changes daily which is good. Nice pool area. Room was fine with no bugs. However, I was a bit turned off with some maintenance issues (see pictures) and thus, take off one star. Not a fan of paying $7.50 for daily parking but it's not a big deal.

3 months agoVery clean and lovely staff! Karen at the desk was extremely helpful, pleasant and top notch service! Give that woman a raise! I was extremely tired when I checked in, she got my puppy Oakley and I squared away with everything we needed for our booking.

4 months agoHotel was ok. It was clean and a normal hotel. Beautiful setting. My big issue is the beds are super hard and uncomfortable. I woke up feeling sore. You can also hear every word of neighbord. Needs major soundproofing. Will not stay again unless beds are changed.

5 months agoThis is a great hotel in Flagstaff. Rooms are great, location with access to freeways, gas stations etc. is excellent. We loved the room as well which was quiet with a sweeping view of golf courses & forest to the South. Last but not least, the staff is very professional. I truly appreciate the weekend staff (unfortunately didn't get her name - but do hire her on graduation ;-) and I believe Natalie (day time) for their help. Will be our go to location for future visits to Flagstaff.

6 months agoThe sweetest most friendliest staff ever. Kitchen staff were very accommodating to handicapped. Suanny at the desk was very helpful. Computer savvy. Clean and quiet. I had the handicap room. Big spacious room. The best time here!

9 months agoMy family and I just stayed at this location. I wish more hotels were just like this! The hotel and grounds are very well kept, very clean. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Our room was very clean, including the fridge, microwave and other appliances. And a great little restaurant next door. Plus beautiful views. If we are ever back in Flagstaff AZ this will be my first choice for lodging.

11 months agoThis hotel isn’t bad, comfy beds and good shower, nice working AC and dog friendly rooms. The cons are that the elevator was intermittently working, a STRONG odor of marijuana on the 3rd floor that was coming in through the doors and some thinner walls. This is a good location with ample parking and gas stations and restaraunts nearby.

12 months agoThis Hampton is located walking distance to NAU.. we have stayed several times it’s always clean, love getting the paper and muffins in the lobby. Used the gym one night good selection for a quick workout.. wish it included breakfast but they do offer a buffet for purchase..

12 months agoWe stayed at this Hilton for 2 nights. We had a great stay as rooms were clean and they had a lot of space. Breakfast was free and was really good. We will be coming back to this hotel just so we can see the front desk lady who's name was Connie. She was a joy to talk to and had a great personality. Can't wait to come back! Thanks Hilton.
