3 months agoThe sweetest most friendliest staff ever. Kitchen staff were very accommodating to handicapped. Suanny at the desk was very helpful. Computer savvy. Clean and quiet. I had the handicap room. Big spacious room. The best time here!

6 months agoMy family and I just stayed at this location. I wish more hotels were just like this! The hotel and grounds are very well kept, very clean. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Our room was very clean, including the fridge, microwave and other appliances. And a great little restaurant next door. Plus beautiful views. If we are ever back in Flagstaff AZ this will be my first choice for lodging.

8 months agoThis hotel isn’t bad, comfy beds and good shower, nice working AC and dog friendly rooms. The cons are that the elevator was intermittently working, a STRONG odor of marijuana on the 3rd floor that was coming in through the doors and some thinner walls. This is a good location with ample parking and gas stations and restaraunts nearby.

9 months agoThis Hampton is located walking distance to NAU.. we have stayed several times it’s always clean, love getting the paper and muffins in the lobby. Used the gym one night good selection for a quick workout.. wish it included breakfast but they do offer a buffet for purchase..

9 months agoWe stayed at this Hilton for 2 nights. We had a great stay as rooms were clean and they had a lot of space. Breakfast was free and was really good. We will be coming back to this hotel just so we can see the front desk lady who's name was Connie. She was a joy to talk to and had a great personality. Can't wait to come back! Thanks Hilton.

10 months agoOur suite was very roomy & impeccably clean & tidy. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint is the choices on the TV channels....not great, but that's not something that would keep us from staying again.

10 months agoRoom was not ready at 3:00. Came back later and checked in. Front desk understaffed. Housekeeping seemingly understaffed. 6.5/10 room cleanliness (hair on soap dish, baseboards and corners neglected). Weird room layout. Office lighting, prefer some ambiance options or dimmers. Not terrible but there are better options.

11 months agoI had the pleasure of staying there on the evening of June 4. Sasha was at the front desk. She was absolutely great. There was a mixup in my reservation. I was sure that Hilton was the problem. She was tremendously patient. It turned out do be my mistake. I called back down to the front desk to let her know. She was so gracious. Eye Contact. Smile. I really feel like she cared for me. GOOD HIRE! She deserves a raise! HOWEVER, the following morning I was met with the most atrocious attitude by the person tending breakfast. No Eye Contact. Surly. Let her know they were out of coffee. Evidently that set her off. BAD HIRE! Retrain. If no improvement then fire her. Didn't have a name tag on.

about 1 year agoVery nice rooms, big and bright. Clean, it's clear they care about cleanliness. The front desk was welcoming despite the late hour. Breakfast was offered, but we didn't partake. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.
