Absolute crooks. You put money in the machine. They say they never got it. Then say they will give you your change in the evening. Then call to say policy is even though you paid two hundred and are owed change they need you to pay again. Then promise your lawyer and police an audit. Don’t do it when they say. Claim you putting your ID back in your bag is suspect. Refuses to do the audit. Cameras are positioned behind desk and behind transaction. Thieves. Liars. Story changers. Avoiders. Then you find them going through your stuff when on principle you refuse to pay again if they can’t bother showing up to verify the money is in the machine. Local business owner here with good standing telling you not to risk your money. Excuses. Lies. Thieves. Disgusting experience.

Wasn't sure about this place it had a high rating but then got there we felt less at ease and was wondering if we were the only ones staying there, the parking lot was mostly empty. May have been an off day. Room was clean but having the extra power plug and USB ports built into the front of the microwave with a blinding blue on light all the time was a new one for me. My eyes don't see blue light as pleasing only as a blurr when that bright.

We stayed for one night during the winter. There is free parking available, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room has an air conditioner with a heating function, which is important in winter. There was a noticeable specific smell in the room, but it was not a cigarette smell. The room was quiet overall. The bathroom door was squeaky. The room was equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, makeup remover wipes, coffee and tea, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a TV. The bed was soft, with one pillow per person. If you keep the heater on, you won’t get cold. However, for four people we were provided with only three bath towels. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly and room was very clean! Great location aswell. My only complaint was the bed was fairly hard but for the price i dont expect perfection and you shouldn't either!

We had a wonderful experience here. The room was spotless and clean, and the front desk staff were kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in late after their office had closed, which we truly appreciated after an 8-hour drive. It was such a relief to arrive at a clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet place to rest. The location was excellent as well, with a great breakfast spot nearby. We’re very thankful for this stay. Also, the shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion provided felt like high quality

I am always nervous about staying at places like Budget Inn but upon first inspection, the walls seemed freshly painted, the furniture seemed in good condition and the beds were clean, fresh and the mattresses looked brand new! There was a little Keurig and 4 coffee pods and one tea pod. large fridge and microwave. Every thing was relatively spotless despite being a tad “outdated.” no bed bugs to report either - it was good! i would stay again. good price, clean room.

Pleasant check in at Front Desk. As a former rooms inspector, I usually check everything before I settle into a room. I like the idea this place doesn't use comforters for the beds as the comforters only get washed once or twice a month. I noticed that shower curtain has been replaced. Kudo to that! Room was dust free. All the supplies were provided. TV worked good! Refrigerator and microwave worked good! These were a plus. Room heating unit was awesome. It kept the room nice and toasty on a cold night. Only two minors that I like to mention. There were hair in the tub and a rotisserie chicken from Sprout sitting in the freezer. Otherwise, no major complaints. I thoroughly enjoying my stay so far.

It's pretty convenient to sleep one or two nights and the location is also very good, although the rooms could have a little more plugs.

Clean room and area. Close to the university. The TV doesn't get many channels. The beds are a little too firm for me but not terrible. Nice size refrigerator. I would stay there again.
