We had such a great stay at the Drury Hotel! After the drive up, we really appreciated being able to check in about an hour early, and we were lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade as well. It was such a nice surprise and gave us some extra time to relax and settle in. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. We also really enjoyed the complimentary evening Kickback with snacks and drinks, as well as the breakfast the next morning. Having those included was such a nice added bonus, especially when traveling with our little one. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and all of those thoughtful extras really made our stay feel special. We would absolutely stay at Drury again the next time we’re in Flagstaff!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised too see that we ended up with a room with a balcony. The weather was perfect to stand out there and enjoy the scenery. We were glad the smoke from the Pocket Fire cleared a little so we could enjoy the view. We were all given tickets to enjoy three complimentary drinks at the Kickback from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. The also had a breakfast buffet and we also enjoyed the evening snacks, which was more like a dinner. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower felt great. We will be staying at this hotel again in the future!

Recently stayed here and it was actually a first for us staying at a Drury hotel - we loved it! I would definitely recommend it. They offer a free hot breakfast with a small, but decent variety of food options and they also offer a free dinner “kickback” that also has a small, but decent variety of food options. There’s free WiFi. My kids enjoyed the popcorn machine for a light snack. My husband and I really enjoyed the hot coffee bar that even had actual coffee creamer syrup (I’m not a big fan of the little individual packets). They also gave us free drink vouchers with a 3 drink limit each. The whole place gave more of a resort vibe to it which was lovely. The rooms and restrooms were clean. I also liked that the elevators were not directly in the lobby. When you walked into the entrance it was a large room with many options to sit so there wasn’t any overcrowding. The staff also seemed polite and friendly. I’m not sure if this is all new as I read it was recently renovated, but we all enjoyed it.

Why stay anywhere else? The friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and incredible amenities made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We truly can’t recommend this hotel enough! I found myself Googling the company just to figure out why I hadn’t heard of Drury Hotels before. Learning that they’re family-owned made me appreciate the experience even more. While they don’t have locations on the East Coast, trust me—if my travels take me to the Midwest or any of their 150+ locations, I’ll absolutely be staying at a Drury again!

When you travel with the dog you get used to pretty basic accommodations. However, the Drury hotel in Flagstaff is wonderful! The staff is incredibly nice and the room was fresh and clean. We were so surprised to be offered drink tickets and free hors d'oeuvres upon our arrival and a free breakfast the following morning. The hotel is in a beautiful location next to Northern Arizona University. There are many dog friendly hotels and restaurants in the area. Mostly the vibe at the hotel was Friendly and welcoming. I really can't see enough for this hotel. Thank you staff at the Drury for making our stay so nice.

Excellent stay at the Drury Inn in Flagstaff. The staff was exceptional from the pre-arrival phone call to confirm my room request through the entire visit. Our room was spacious, clean, and in a great location. We were also so appreciative that they extended our stay an extra day and let us remain in the same room. The food and drinks were a great bonus, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Sydney, Hannah, and Gabby — they are the best. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic hotel. Front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are large, very clean and well appointed. Popcorn is popping most of day, smells great and really tasty. They have a good breakfast. Self-serve breakfast + "kickback" appetizer bar b4 dinner. We actually ate this as our dinner bcuz we were tired from a long day doing the sites around Flagstaff. Meteor crater, south rim grand canyon, osk creek, Sedona and verde river canyon train. Busy weekend, but a really nice hotel to return to every day.

This hotel may not carry a 5-star rating, but it outperformed the actual 5-star hotel we stayed at on the next leg of our trip. The location is excellent very walkable with plenty to do nearby and the service was consistently great. One of the standout features was the evening reception, which included cocktails and appetizers that were more like a full dinner. It added real value to the stay and made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are slightly dated, but they were very clean and included a variety of useful amenities that made our stay more convenient. Overall, a great experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.

6 of us rented a sprinter van to start our weeklong Grand Canyon/ Arizona tour. First night in Flag. After visiting breweries etc we checked in.. Andrea G. Checked us in - what an awesome gal!!! Soooooo friendly, so helpful ! We all got lovely suites with living rooms. We got drink ticket for 3 drinks per person and also a buffet dinner. ( food service quality . But hey). all free! Andrea was all over the place- backing up help in the bar, bussing tables, cleaning tables etc- I asked her… do you own this place … she said no…? I said you act like you care that much! Seriously she was a TEAM player! Whoa. Every business wishes for an employee like her. Honestly - she treated our group like relatives who had come for an overnight. Felt very special! We are even talking about coming up from the valley monthly to stay there! Oh- then free breakfast! What a deal! We didn’t even bother to go out to dinner as planned! We were all a bit flabbergast over the awesome stay! Room clean and had a micro and fridge, common areas clean and welcoming… and additionally a young man in dining room - was smiling whole time- so helpful, kind etc! A real team atmosphere !! We recommend this place with 5 stars- ( one negative… the toilet tissue is really lousy).

I would give this hotel a million stars if I could. It is located by Northern Arizona University. The location is very safe and in walking distance to almost everything you could want or need. The rooms are huge with super comfy beds. The hotel and rooms are spotless and the employees treat you like family. Andrea G the manager, went out of her way to make sure our stay was exceptional and we had everything we needed. Thanks Andrea for making our stay amazing. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature and a great place to get a little exercise and R&R. The weight room has a lot of new machines and is very well maintained. Every Drury Hotel offer the Kickback at 5:30-7:00pm that offers free Dinnertime snacks and beverages for free for all guests. They have a great variety of delicious food for everyone young and old to enjoy. They also provide free hot breakfast every morning and free WiFi throughout the hotel. I highly recommend the Flagstaff Drury hotel to anyone who wants an exceptional hotel stay at a fair price. Thanks you all for taking such good care of your guests!
