Five stars all around! From our seamless check-in with Angilee to a quick check-out with the GM, Donny—who personally ensured our stay was comfortable—the hospitality was outstanding. The room, service, and breakfast options far exceeded my expectations for a last-minute trip to Flagstaff. This is officially my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town. Thank you all for a wonderful and memorable experience!

Really enjoying my comfortable stay here. Love the staff’s kindness and welcoming nature. I feel like I stumbled upon a hidden treasure here. So so much better than the more well known nearby chain motels in both personnel and in the property. Beds seem so plush (in the good way); key cards ACTUALLY work! Room has a dorm-size tiny fridge and excellent microwave. There is a pool and jacuzzi but no gym. An Anytime Fitness is 10 minutes away walking, while Basha Grocery Store is five. Convenient location for I-17 or I-40. Clean breakfast buffet area (breakfast is included) with attentive kitchen manager. Fresh breakfast items but few healthy options. For sure, I am glad to have stayed here. (Oh, no USB ports to charge devices, so best to bring a 110 adapter)

Loved our room on the second floor! It had a great shower with a grab bar for safety, we had adjoining rooms with our friends!! So fun! The free breakfast was amazing. Bagels, cream cheese, scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, yogurts, fresh fruit cut up, little wonderful blueberry muffins, coffee, tea and juices. It was a wonderful stay - clean and well stocked with towels, and four pillows on each bed. Wonderful comfortable beds!! Nice AC too. Had a wonderful stay! They take AAA for a discount too. Free parking - can’t say enough good things about this place.

We had such a wonderful stay at Sleep Inn in Flagstaff, AZ! From the moment we walked in, Angeli made us feel so welcome. We were traveling with our 7-month-old grandson, and she immediately offered us a playpen (something I didn’t even realize hotels provided). That small gesture made a huge difference for us and truly showed how attentive and thoughtful she is. Our room was very clean and surprisingly spacious, which made traveling with a baby so much more comfortable. Everything felt well cared for, and we had plenty of room to relax. One of the sweetest touches was the fresh cookies they put out in the lobby every day at 5:00 p.m. Such a simple thing, but it made coming back to the hotel feel extra cozy. The complimentary breakfast was ok with plenty of options — eggs and sausage every morning, a waffle maker, assorted breads, bagels, english muffins, cereal, yogurt, bananas, muffins, plus coffee and juice. There was something for everyone. Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming experience and Angeli’s kindness really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location right off the end of the I-17, super close to NAU. The cleanliness blew me away for a 2 star hotel and it's super straightforward, you get what you pay for, but not unnecessary luxuries. Seriously for just over $100 per night, there's a lot of value here! The bathrooms are a little small, but it's really no big deal, especially because the value is made up elsewhere. I would definitely stay here again.

For the most part it was great! But the tvs do not work well we had to have staff fix it once and then we had to fix it ourselves three more times after that. Check out is at 11 but we had house keepers pounding on our door at 10:30 I know we were close to checkout but I was trying to feed my baby. They knocked once and I asked them to hold on and the continued to knock until I came to the door. The lady was then very pushy about us leaving even though we still had thirty minutes. However the front desk staff were always kind. The pool was well maintained and pretty warm especially for the winter it’s nice to get out if the cold into the warm indoor pool with the family!

Hotel was clean, pictures look way nicer and the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was basic and we didn’t have enough eggs one day and no bacon most days (4 day stay). Reason for the one star is they charged a 10% “Flagstaff prop 414 fee” that is illegal, to cover the city’s minimum wage policy. They can charge whatever they want and build it into the base cost but not add it as a charge to customers on top of the agreed room rate. I am reporting them and hope they will stop.

Diamond member, 25 yr visitor to AZ, avoid this place. Stayed 8 nights, from first day, overnight front desk guy WILL NOT respond to anything you say to him. World traveller for years, first musician on the island of Kauai's music scene website 13 yrs and going, dj online for 4 stations in 4 countries outside the US, never been yelled at as a customer and now it's twice in Flagstaff. Someone tried coming in my room at 1130 pm, woke me up and next day when i asked about it, got screamed at by the overnight front desk guy. What is weird is this hotel is run by the same staff and management as the Comfort Inn right down the road on Beulah Blvd. I still have a 1 star review on their page from 4 years ago, the EXACT same thing happened there, overnight front desk person flipped out on me for trying to say something. Some staff were nice, most weren't happy with their jobs and most of Flagstaff is really not happy. When i come back to Scottsdale to stay til end of year and i'm back at a hotel where the entire staff knows me my my first name, jokes around with me and have a fun stay, then i go to a nearby store, assisant manager comes out to give me a hug and ask where i've been and even the plaza maintenance guy driving by in a golf cart asks where i've been. Bad management, both properties, can't say much about Flagstaff anymore...

Rooms were clean quiet had mini fridge and updated but small. Beds were SOOOO hard. AC didn't cool the room. Location was great. Quick Uber drive to Pepsi amphitheater, Walmart was a walk across the street. Staff was all nice. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt banana breads and muffins. Perfect for free continental. Coffee and juice. It was kept full. Pool and hot tub were nice, clean.
