My family and I were there for a night stay to just get away from home and have time to explore and try new things for a day. The rooms and parking were pretty much as described. Very beautiful lobby area. Everything was nice however customer service was not great. The woman who checked us in (Shana) was rude and not welcoming at all. She seemed irritated when we would ask for basic information. Not sure if we'd stay here again due to service. However the other woman night audit, didn't get her name, she was amazing! One piece fan! Thank you!

For graduation, I reserved the nicest room described on your website and try the downtown location due to your onsite bars. We were greated by a nice employee. We realized that there were only 8 free parking spaces. There were hardly no paid parking spaces on the street or in the paid lots. Some spaces had to be vacated by 8am. The website is misleading. When we got to our room at night, we went to bed at 11pm. We couldn't go to sleep due to the loud music coming from somewhere. We accepted that we were downtown, and would have to endure this until 2am As we laid in bed, a loud pot banging noise came from the exposed pipe behind my husband's bedside. It lasted 5 minutes or so. It occured every 2 hours through the night. It was impossible to sleep due to the pipe, the loud music and people until 6am. To top it off, it was trash day at 6:30. We did not sleep at all. We complained about the horrible night. She said that the bar across the street has been a problem. She said police are called frequently, but they just don't care. She also said that she hasn't heard the pipe complaint in a long time. I went to take a shower. The shower head did not work. I just used the handheld wand. During my shower, the head popped off of the hose, and flew around the bathroom and my clothes. My husband couldn't even shower. It happened the 2nd night again. The hotel didn't address our complaints at the hotel or email. We overpaid for this rundown hotel. Extremely disappointed.

Stayed in a Queen room. Loved it! Very clean. Spacious for a historic hotel room. Enjoyed the photos in the hall depicting early Flagstaff. Having traveled by train, I appreciate the close proximity to the train station. However, that is not for everyone if quiet is your desire. Love the Weatherford!

Bailey is amazing, this building is full of history and ghost stories. My family and I stopped by today on a ghost hunting mission after leaving the visitors center. Bailey stopped what she was doing and not only gave us a tour but shared multiple stories with us. THANK YOU! No one is Flagstaff was as phenomenal as Bailey was today.

While this Hotel is nice,there are a few things that make the review only 3 stars. First off, do NOT plan on parking being easy or available. You get free parking with your room, but there are only 7 spots available and getting one of those spots is next to impossible. None of the in-house restaurants are open on Mondays or Tuesdays, so you're out of luck there, as well. The radiators in the rooms are a charming, historic touch, but are noisy and will wake you up numerous times during the night. The clawfoot tub,while also charming, is horrible for showering as the curtain does not reach all the way around the tub leaving a gap for cold air to get in. The positives would have to be the staff and location. The staff, especially a young lady named Bailey, are exceptional. They're warm and personable and very helpful. The location is amazing, as well. Overall, 3 stars, but your mileage may vary.

Extremely Disappointed – Great Service, But We Won’t Stay Again My husband and I stayed at the Weatherford Hotel on December 13th and had a very mixed experience. The customer service was excellent—truly above and beyond. However, we stayed in Room 43, and the radiator pipes made a loud pounding noise about every hour to hour and a half, waking us both up throughout the night. We fully understand this is a historic hotel and expected some quirks and even noise from the bar. But this was well beyond what could be considered tolerable or part of the “historic charm.” We’ve stayed in many historic hotels, including the Monte Vista down the street, and have never experienced anything like this. The severity of the radiator pipe noise was not disclosed, and when we spoke with the front desk, we were told management would reach out—but no one ever did. Because of this, we will not stay here again. If you do decide to stay at the Weatherford, we strongly recommend avoiding Room 43 until the radiator system is addressed—it is impossible to get a full night’s sleep.

Had a great time being served while I stayed here with Jackson! He seemed new but really competent and super kind. Got to meet Shanna who managed bar stuff and she was great as well. Was super pleased with them! Location is fine for flagstaff. Could use some better parking but it’s flag and it’s fine. Those two made it worth it though! Super cool folks and great at what they do

I went to the Weatherford for the ghost tour with Scott. It was excellent. I learned alot about the history of the hotel. I loved the hands on approach with letting us use the different types of ghost hunting equipment and experiments. We had a fun group and I didn't feel out of place going by myself. The hotel was beautiful.

Our ghost tour of the hotel with Scott was fantastic! We learned a lot about the history of it, but I didn't realize we would be getting a bonafide ghost hunt with actual paranormal investigation devices. That's what sets this apart from other tours. We all got to take turns with different equipment to look for spirits and some in our group got to take part in experiments with the spirit box. We heard some interesting, sometimes chilling things- it was all very fascinating!
