Everything about hotel and service was perfect! Especially the sauna, and the friendly staff. The only disappointment was the cookie ??, which contains a BIOENGINEERED food ingredient. Why does your hotel serve products made with genetically modified ingredients? It may look sweet and taste sweet, but its essence has been modified in a laboratory. I’m sure you could do better!

The breakfast was commendable and far exceeded expectations! We had the chicken fried steak and breakfast burrito. Not your standard breakfast buffet! 4 stars because my room was missing the cups required for in-room coffee. Probably a simple mistake. I would visit again if traveling though the area.

Loved staying at this location. Not only was customer service beyond excellent, the rooms were impeccable, they were clean, organized, and comfortable. The pool area was also clean, they had an outdoor and indoor jacuzzi with a sauna which was a huge plus for me. The lobby area was very clean, fancy and warm welcoming. We were very cozy and comfortable with our stay! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Nice & clean. Well cared for hotel. Excellent customer service and amenities! Front desk person went above and beyond to find us a quiet room. Beds were very comfortable, carpet was clean and room was spacious! Sauna, indoor / outdoor hot tub, outdoor pool, nice fitness center. Very pleased and will absolutely stay here next time we're in Flag for a weekend!

I didn't get many photos of the hotel aside from our epic fail attempt of a TikTok trend. There are not many places to stay in Flagstaff, lots of motor lodges and motel type places but this hotel was excellent. The lobby was nice, the lobby bar was popping, the front desk staff was super kind, and the cookies are worth it all. We made reservations for dinner at Sakara and that was a blast. We did a quick walk to Hi motor lodge for a drink (this place is awesome to visit super cute hotel/motel) the beds were great, bathroom great, and I particularly loved the shampoo & soap they provided. Our room didn't get as cold as we would have liked but we survived.

Love the Double Tree & this location is perfect. It's away from the hustle & bustle which makes it pretty quiet. Rooms are clean. I like the fact they provide shampoo, conditioner, & bodywash. The view from the room was just so Beautiful.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The front desk service was courteous and helpful. I was in the room next to the ice machine so there was added foot traffic outside my door. The major problem I encountered was that the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 9:00am to ask me if I needed anything before checkout. Exact words. I am paying for a room until checkout at 11:00. You do not need to pressure me to be up and gone around 9:00. I am now retired and on vacation, if I want to sleep in, I will. Furthermore, if I needed a wake up call I am fully capable of setting my alarm or calling the front desk for one. Do not interrupt your guests to pressure them into leaving hours before checkout.

The front desk associate was very nice and the cookies were good. Unfortunately the room was never peaceful as we could hear every noise of the others down the hall, including them opening soda cans. We didn't get much sleep either night due to noise and each morning we were woken up very early with loud doors slamming repeatedly and even though we put the "later please" sign on the door, housekeeping tried opening our door which was startling

Amazing hotel for our little family. Staff was above and beyond. All welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast, my kids loved it. Breakfast vouchers are worth the price. Only thing was our bathtub had hair strands from previous guests, could have been cleaned better. Still we high recommend. Looking forward to coming back here again.

This was a very strange hotel. Dim in the halls and reception area. They gave us a room in the older part of the hotel that was under construction. The room seemed like it hard been used in a long time or cleaned- dusty on the furniture and pink mold in the shower. I could share an experience I had that makes me beleive the hotel is haunted but it's a lot to type. We were supposed to stay for 2 night left at 7 am after the first night.
