The Holiday Inn Express Flagstaff generally receives positive reviews, praised for its friendly staff, convenient location near Grand Canyon attractions, and comfortable rooms. Guests appreciate the included breakfast and amenities like a pool and coffee station. However, some concerns have been raised regarding parking fees and noise levels.
My husband stayed here on the way to California, so we stayed again on the way back. The front desk staff was helpful and engaging. Everything in the room was clean and as it should be. Good place for a fair price.
I stayed here while traveling on the I-40, and after driving all day today, I wanted to make sure to come back and review this hotel. Firstly, the staff are excellent. Matt, at the front desk, was very thoughtful and provided incredible service. The room was standard, and unfortunately, it had a door to another room where I could hear my neighbors. The breakfast was excellent and packed. The staff members are very friendly, and I appreciated that they were having a team meeting as I checked out. Their meeting didn’t stop them from being quick to help me when they saw I was leaving. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Holiday Inn staff!
Nice hotel with clean rooms and facilities. Small fridge and keurig coffee machine and plenty of usb charging ports. Friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast and heated pool and jacuzzi. Small fitness center and convenient location to the Grand Canyon, shopping and restaurants. Busy breakfast area at 0800 Sunday so be early ? Thank you from your Tucson friends. ???
We stayed here for one night during the thanksgiving weekend. The rooms, staff and breakfast is good. Giving only 4 stars since they are charging a small fee for parking. Even though the fee is small, there is no real reason to charge for parking since this is not a big city or a busy area.
We stayed 4 nights at this location and it was great. 1. Staffs are really really kind. We communicated 2-3 staffs at the reception, they are so kind and professional. Also the cleaning staffs are super kind. 2. Breakfast and coffee are amazing. The coffee machine is open for 24/7. This machine is so useful for coffee and hot water. 3. Room is clean. It was a bit small but still great. 4. Location is perfect for Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon. 5. There are trash cans near elevators. Many hotels do not have in each floor. This was so useful. Well-maintained. I will definitely visit this hotel. Thanks.
I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Flagstaff! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The gym was surprisingly well equipped for a hotel, and the pool area was relaxing and spotless. The complimentary breakfast was excellent plenty of options and everything tasted fresh. The only minor downside was that the TV didn’t have access to all the channels that were listed on the guide menu, but that’s hardly an issue considering how comfortable and convenient everything else was. Overall, a very good experience I’d definitely stay here again!
My wife and I went to Flagstaff to visit our daughter in college there. The three of us stayed here very comfortably. We had a room with 2 queen-sized beds. The room was quiet at night, but we could hear the trains passing throughout the night. The Service was great, the hotel and room were clean, and the coffee was super good. They have 2 separate machines that grind and brew some great tasting coffee. The breakfast was also very good and checkout was easy. We'll certainly consider staying here again in the future.
Very nice hotel. Front desk staff were very accommodating. Don't understand the "Sustainability Fee" of 95 cents. They said it was due to third party paid for room. Amtrak train was delayed over 13 hours so they booked me a room. Looks like the hotel should have billed Amtrak the full amount.
We had a some travel complications flying into Flagstaff and unable to meet up as planned with my MIL at the airport. She needs wheelchair assistance and the front desk went above and beyond helping her get checked in and settled in her room until our arrival early the next morning. The rooms were clean, the location was nice and the staff was extraordinary.
First off paying to park after paying 217 for a one night room with two beds is crazy. I’m not sure what that is about and then a 25 dollar cleaning fee again after 200 already spent. I would not recommend staying here. The breakfast is not good the orange juice and apple juice was thick and soured. All in all zero out of five stars if I’m being generous maybe one.
