I’ve stayed here 3 times now and I plan on staying here anytime I’m in Flagstaff. The rooms are so clean, beds are comfy, spacious rooms, good AC/heating units, and walls are thick enough that I’ve never heard anyone even when it’s sold out. Breakfast is great, pool and hot tub are nice, updated building and furniture, parking is tight but good, and it’s located close to downtown and other amenities. Probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Very nice gratis breakfast. We had bacon and waffles. There was cereal and bananas and a variety of other things. One of us forgot toothbrush which given at front desk free. Only complaint as while packing up room a maid entered without knocking. Because we were only packing we did not lock the door ...but should have, but aren't maids (older age female with bkack hair) trained to always knock first? Highly recommend recommend Would stay again again But always lock your doors! Haha

This is a perfectly functional, clean chain hotel in a good location for walking to downtown Flagstaff. Internet was down for the duration of our stay (not ideal for foreign visitors). Biggest complaint was that the hotel claims sustainability credentials but is an absolute disaster of single-use plastics, from individually-wrapped plastic cups in the bedroom to individually-wrapped bagels at breakfast and 'disposable' everything (cutlery, plateware etc). Chains like Radisson can and should be doing better than this - and do so elsewhere in the world where such wastefulness is not normalised.

This hotel tried to charge me for a smoking fee when NO ONE smoked in the room. They claimed because they smelled the odor of marijuana in the room the had the right to charge me the fee. My fiance has his medical card. He always smells like it unfortunately. And it is not illegal for him in the state of Arizona to possess marijuana as it is a recreational state. I disputed the charge with my bank as it was ridiculous and they just wanted to profile us to get some extra money. DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU AND GET AWAY WITH IT! only pay with a credit card at any hotel or they CAN and WILL get away with this. Will never stay at this hotel or this chain of hotels again. We have never once been charged a smoker free for the "odor" of marijuana and we have stayed at many hotels where he had it in the room with him. Absolutely ridiculous what these places will do to cheat you out of your hard earned money.

Wowh we just checked in 25 Dec night. The nice gentleman at the reception make quick as possible, all the paper work. We requested for extra blankets , the same person on night duty plus the receptionist wirk brought the blankets for us. Wowwhh! I was not expecting that!! Kudos to him!! Rooms are amazing, cleanness, quality top notch. Dont look for any other high end hotels. Toilet was nicely cleaned!!

Clean and spacious suite, especially for the area. The shower had good, adequate water pressure. Breakfast was decent and well maintained—it was refilled multiple times during my stay. Dining options are all close by, which is typical for Page given its small size and convenient layout. I would recommend the suite for families of four. Comfortable and practical for a short stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, smelled great, and the room temperature was perfect and stayed consistent. The location is ideal, the staff was very friendly and we greatly appreciated the check in and check out times. Our room also came with a microwave and mini fridge, which was a great bonus. This will definitely be our go-to place every time we visit Flagstaff!!

this place was decent and it was in a perfect area. It was close enough to a lot of restaurants and bars in downtown so that you could just walk there instead of having to drive. You do have to pay $6 for parking, which really isn't bad considering you have to pay hourly to park downtown anyway. The people who worked here were pretty nice and they had a decent breakfast. they also occasionally had complimentary cookies in the lobby and the sugar cookies were very delicious!

Great location walking distance to downtown. The room/property was very clean. The only issues we had is there wasn't a grab bar in the shower and the they need more non-skid strips in the bathtub. Most other hotels we stay at have grab bars in non-accessible rooms. Hopefully, the property will install these.

It was a very nice experience and I feel like the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We had a small situation pop up with the rooms, but the front desk connected us with Jordan their GM and he was a massive help. He was super accommodating and wanted to make sure our stay was super good. Outside of that situation, the hotel was nice and the location was great. Quiet and nice rooms! Walkable to downtown or a short drive/uber if needed!
