Our check in experience was a disaster. Upon arriving (after a cross-country plane ride and a full day of sightseeing plus 3 hour time change) we were told by front desk that we had booked TWO rooms and she could not check us in until she knew which reservation was ours. The mistake was not on our end or my travel agent's end - it was with the booking company and the hotel, who accidentally double booked us. The staff member insisted we were wrong, we had already paid for TWO rooms, and she could do nothing to help us. After a long 45 minutes and calls to our travel agent, we were finally given a room key! The continental breakfast was inadequate. Undercooked hash browns daily, no fresh fruit other than some small tasteless apples, and faux scrambled eggs - not sure what they were made of! No variety in 4 days we stayed there. The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities provided. Easy access to room with card key. Nice pool and hot tub to relax in after a long day of exploring, sightseeing, etc. Location was great - close to highway access and right off Rt. 66.

My husband, my daughter and her guy all flew in from Houston,TX to attend my daughter's graduation. We arrived on Wednesday; check out on Saturday. We never got our rooms cleaned or got any clean towels unless we requested them ourselves. I contacted the front desknnd told them I needed our room cleaned and serviced. We'll, before we left out, I marked the bedding just to see if they were going to actually change the sheets. I did this because I use to work in housekeeping many years ago and during my training, I was told if there wasn't any stains are anything on sheets, just make up the bed to save time, of course, I didn't do that because it wasn't right to do any the customers deserved clean sheet if they were extended stay customers or requested their sheets changed and because i was told that, I knew some sheets were not being changed. With that being said, I put a small marking on the sheet. I came back, room was cleaned, beds were made, got clean towels. I said , hmmm, let me see if they really changed the sheets. Guess what, they did not..Spoke to the front desk and told them I needed someone to come change my sheets, she said they were already gone, but the housekeepers were not, in fact, while I was speaking to front desk, the housekeeper walked through. Front desk manger was leaving, so I told her. She tells me it's because they had a lot of graduations going on, which had nothing to do with my room service. If you had time to make the beds, you had time to change the sheets. Y'all better start checking your sheets. We were in Flagstaff, Arizona. Service everywhere was horrible; restaurants included, but for the most part, people were pretty friendly. Now, I don't know too much about Flagstaff, Arizona, but there were only a few specks of us. We were the only ones of our ethnicity everywhere we went and NO, I'm not making this about race; it's all about service and hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Too much money was spent not to have the proper service that is due to you as a guest.My complaint has been filed.

Their new employee, Connie, and Janeesa were awesome. They greatest us with a warm smile and helped us find a place to park our trailer. They also made wonderful suggestions for local restaurants. The pizza place next door will be our go-to from now on. We will be back to this hotel- it was perfect. Although we don’t eat cookies, we loved that the girls always had fresh cookies and tea/coffee out.

Very unimpressed with this place, checkin was fine, but we got into the room late, so I feel like we were stuck here. The room wasn't very clean, it had a funny smell, there was hair in the shower, the carpet doesn't look very clean, and the trim around the doors and shower was peeling and falling apart. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up, it had to be held up if you are using it standing up. Finally get ready for bed and the AC was set and it actually got 3 degrees warmer at 1015pm, it was 49° outside. Really disappointed for a room that cost $185. For $100 I'd be like well whatever.

We stayed at this hotel in Flagstaff, Arizona and booked two queen rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the extra pillows and comforter I requested were provided without any issue, which I appreciated. The pool and hot tub were a nice amenity. Both were clean, worked properly, and were a big plus for our family. The parking lot is quite small and made unloading and loading the car a bit difficult, especially with kids and luggage. Check-in was frustrating. Due to an accidental booking error on our end with the date, we ended up having to essentially double pay. When the front desk attendant couldn’t locate our reservation, he wasn’t very helpful, and when we asked about possibly switching the night, we were told we would have to pay for both nights anyway. He also mentioned referring us to the manager but stated they “definitely” wouldn’t do anything about it, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The cookies in the lobby were a huge hit with our two hungry kids at 10 PM and honestly helped keep things calm while we worked through the check-in issues. Breakfast was just okay. The food was fine, but there were no non-pork protein options available, so I could only eat eggs. There were a few room issues as well. The toilet ran continuously, and the bathroom only had two towels, so I had to go downstairs to get more. Housekeeping was also quite loud in the hallway around 8 AM, which made it hard to rest. Overall, there were some positives, but the customer service and a few comfort issues took away from the experience.

Overpriced hotel for what you get. Carpets in the room are extremely dirty and smelly. Bed sheets have stains and breakfast is terrible, the food seems very artificial. Overall not a great experience. They need to improve specially if they want to charge that amount. Also they don’t clean the rooms, you need to request that. The only good thing is that people at the reception were friendly!

In November, I was impressed by the price and the quality of room we had. $108 for 2 queen beds in a clean, comfy room. Breakfast in the morning with eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, waffles you can make, cereal, yogurt, muffins, and English muffins. Good variety for breakfast. Pretty quiet, but our room had some road traffic, so we were glad for our white noise machine. The shower pressure was great and the head was high enough for someone who is 7 ft tall. ? Friendly service and well decorated for Christmas. Great place to stop, imo.

this place is cute from the outside and the lobby. the front desk check in was smooth and super friendly. the hot tub wasn’t hot which was a bummer because i booked this place for the hot tub feature. thankfully there was a bath tub ans the water was very hot and the water pressure was great they do give free cookies in the lobby w coffee. and its quiet enough despite the railway being close by. unfortunatly the carpet in my room smelled so strong (almost like old or spilled milk) that i got the air freshener from my car to deal with the smell. and the lighting is white/fluorescent for those that care about warm cozy lighting in the bedroom. also the bed (super clean and inviting) is very soft which, for those that need something a bit firmer you should know. my neck was killing me when i woke up, but that’s just because i need a bit firmer of a bed. good excuse to check out the massage place next door! also the next morning my toilet was running and wouldn’t flush. had to fill the tank W buckets of water to flush. also note that you can hear footsteps pretty loudly if theres a floor above you. thankfully i brought earplugs and a sound machine.

????? 5/5 We stayed here as part of a 3-day tour from Las Vegas organized by a travel company, and this was our second night stop. We were pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient check-in process. The rooms were very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Each had two plush queen beds, a large TV, and it was wonderfully quiet throughout the night. For the price and comfort, I’d definitely give this place 5 stars. Looking forward to trying the breakfast tomorrow morning — I hope it’s just as good as the rest of our stay so far!

Very disappointed! The lobby looks nice when you first walk in, but even the public bathrooms in the lobby have broken items in it (mirror has a chunk missing as does the toilet flusher button) that give it a tired very used feel once you look past the surface. The room we were assigned was musty/feet smelling when we walked in. The room bathroom was old and not updated other than newish paint and maybe the tub. The tile was obviously old/original as was the vanity. The beds were pretty nice. However, I couldn't get over how dirty the rest of the place felt overall and I couldn't convince myself to use the shower because of it. The free breakfast was okay. Some safe prepackaged items like yogurt, muffins and oatmeal packets that are hard to mess up. The hot breakfast items were not good though. I probably just should have paid a little more to stay somewhere else like Drury Inn Flagstaff that I know has better rooms and food for the value.
