Village Camp Flagstaff

Village Camp Flagstaff consistently receives rave reviews, highlighting its exceptional staff, unique amenities like private bathrooms, and a strong sense of community. Guests particularly enjoy the convenient location, easy access to Grand Canyon adventures, and a variety of events hosted at the clubhouse. While some cabins may have minor limitations, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive and creates a memorable vacation.
We had booked a campsite for 2 nights at Village Camp Flagstaff and after the first night we booked 3 more! Everything about VCF is an experience and we didn’t want it to end. The private bathroom/shower combo are so clean and beautifully done, the clubhouse full bar and food were AMAZING, under an hour to the Grand Canyon and every staff member was so helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough. We cannot wait to road trip from CA again next summer to enjoy another week here.
We had an excellent stay at this campground! The amenities are well-maintained, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is hard to beat. One thing we especially appreciated was how they kept guests informed about all the fun activities and events happening at the clubhouse. We originally booked just three nights, but enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it to a full week. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
We’ve been coming to Village Camp Flagstaff for two years now — sometimes with our RV and other times staying in the cabins — and we’ve had a great time every visit. On a side note, they seem to have done something about the train noise because we didn’t hear it at all during this last trip. What sets this place apart is that it’s so much more than a typical RV park (and we’ve stayed at plenty all over the U.S.). They’re always hosting fun events like movie nights, live music, or BBQs that make it feel like a true community. We loved it so much that we bought our own cabin this past weekend! Greysen, Jessica, and Millay on the sales team were incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Greysen answered every question we had and introduced us to the rest of the team. It really is a small, family-run business, and you can tell everyone genuinely cares and wants you to feel at home. When we came back for closing, the entire team went out of their way to make sure we were set up and comfortable. We’re thrilled to now have our own little slice of Flagstaff to escape the Phoenix summer heat for years to come. Highly recommend!
/I was very stressed when I arrived It was dark and very cold. Alone, I wasn't able to back in my 39 foot class A motor in by myself. Then I meant EMILEY working behind the front desk. What a smile !! She immediatly made me feel better; Upgraded me to a pull through spot in this very beautiful RV Park. All of the staff members felt like family to me. What a fantastic group of employees. I returned about 10 days later, and to my surprise..behold behind the desk was smiling EMILEY. I truly wish was all customer service people were so kind and friendly. The world would be a far better place. The resort is clean, great views, I can't wait to return. Sincerely, Captain Hap Wilson (retired)
My boyfriend and I stayed here in the aspen cabin for a little getaway weekend. We had such a great time. The cabin we had was perfect. It was spacious and clean! Luckily when we went it was snowing! I loved how they had games in the lounge and had really great food. I highly recommend staying here, it also great for families as well.
We had a great stay at Village Camp Flagstaff! My family of 9 stayed in a Birch model cabin. Their cabins really have it all. The kitchen included all the utensils, pots, pans, coffee machine with coffee pods, dish soap, and sponge. The bathroom had soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and loads of extra towels for everyone. There’s even a washer and dryer! We only really needed to bring our own food and clothes. It was nice and clean. It has great views. Only about a hour and a half from the Grand Canyon and 20 min from downtown flagstaff. The base camp is fun and offers a range of activities. Staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend it to all of my family and friends!
We had the best time staying at Village Camp Flagstaff with our family. Our cabin was clean, cozy, and we loved that it had a full kitchen. The property is beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that make the experience feel both comfortable and elevated. Our little one absolutely loved all the games and the onsite play area. There were also plenty of spots to relax and hang out. The whole place had a welcoming, laid back vibe that made it easy to settle in and truly enjoy our time. We also loved the location, a short drive to Canyon Coaster Adventure Park and Snowbowl! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Village Camp Flagstaff for your next family adventure!
This was our 2nd stay at Village Flagstaff. We really love it there. Our daughter stayed in a cabin while we stayed in our RV. It is so beautiful and well maintained. We had the site with the fire place and built in gas grill. Very spacious. WiFi worked great. The laundry facilities are centrally located. We especially love the club house. It’s gorgeous. The food is delicious and we enjoyed the live music and glass of wine. Our grand kids loved the park, lawn games and all the other children around. Kirsten the mgr, is amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be going back to escape the valley heat all summer!
The good: the location to downtown flag was a short drive. It was a quiet environment. The staff could be communicated with via text. That being said, I would not stay in the cabins again with small children. We stayed in a Unit that had space with 7 beds. We had six adults and two children, under 3. The very steep stairs up to the loft, which was not big enough for an adult to stand was the only place that we could fit a pack and play. The stairs were very enticing for little ones to climb up and down, which meant that somebody always had to be on guard to watch the baby. There is no place to put children down to sleep that would mean that adults would need to go outside. The upstairs loft obviously gets very hot if you have the heat on for the people downstairs. The grill in our facility was not working unfortunately by the time we heard from from the Staff, we had figured out another way to cook the meat that we had brought from home. Our experience was not terrible. We just learned that for our size group and having little ones we need a larger place to stay. If we were to stay again, I would go as a couple.
Everything about this place is top notch! Absolutely gorgeous- the check in area has a full bar, food, an excellent sitting area with gorgeous chairs! They even had a gift shop where I wanted to buy stuff because of how trendy and cool the gear was. Every site was pristine, level, close to gorgeous cabins. Staff was excellent. We wanted to stay longer just to hang at the pool and hot tub! We stayed in December and the hot tub was open. Super fun because it was cold. Grand Canyon is only 1 hour away, meteor crater is the opposite way 45 mins. This is def a site to stay at. Hwy noise wasn’t bad at all! This place is killer! Stay here!!! Price was also reasonable.
